Create Anew Skin Studio is a non-medical aesthetics studio offering non-invasive skin tightening and body sculpting services using the ExoSkin Cryo + EMS + Heat technology platform. Services are performed by Jan Molina, founder and sole practitioner, at our location at Studio 7, Sola Salons North Scottsdale, 15454 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, Suite A2, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
Create Anew Skin Studio is not a medical practice. Our services are non-medical aesthetic treatments. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or perform medical procedures. We do not provide medical advice. Sessions should not be considered medical care.
If you have a medical condition, suspect a medical condition, or have any health concerns, please consult a licensed physician. Always seek the advice of your physician with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or experienced at the Studio.
All sessions begin with a free in-person consultation. During this consultation, we discuss your goals, perform a non-medical assessment of the area you wish to address, and recommend a treatment plan if you are a good candidate.
Bookings are made online through our Vagaro booking system or by phone at (480) 779-0345. By making a booking, you agree to the terms of this section and to Vagaro's terms of service.
We reserve the right to decline service to anyone at our discretion, including for reasons related to suitability for our services, scheduling availability, or concerns about your wellbeing.
Sessions are sold in packages. Pricing is discussed and agreed upon during consultation, before any payment is collected. Payment is required at the time of booking a package or before the first session of a series, whichever comes first.
Payments are processed through Vagaro, our third-party payment processor. We accept major credit cards. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
Packages are non-transferable unless we agree in writing. Unused sessions in a package expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
To respect Jan's time and the time of other clients, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Repeated late-cancellations or no-shows may result in declined future bookings or forfeiture of remaining package sessions. We exercise reasonable judgment with legitimate emergencies.
All before-and-after photos, testimonials, and outcome descriptions on our Website and in our materials represent actual results from real clients. Individual outcomes vary based on starting point, session count, lifestyle, age, body composition, and personal physiology. No specific result is guaranteed for any future client.
Non-invasive skin tightening and body sculpting work probabilistically. Some clients respond very well; some respond moderately; a small percentage respond minimally despite doing everything right. Your individual response depends on many factors, some of which we cannot know in advance.
We will tell you during your consultation whether we think you are a good candidate. If your situation is better suited to a different treatment path (such as surgery or a different practice), we will say so honestly. We do not guarantee any specific dollar value of result, percentage of firming or volume reduction, or that your result will match any specific photo in our materials. Results are not permanent — no non-invasive treatment is.
Our services are not suitable for everyone. You may not be a good candidate if any of the following apply to you:
You agree to disclose any relevant health conditions during your consultation. If we identify a contraindication, we will decline to provide service and recommend that you consult a physician.
We may take before-and-after photos at sessions for our internal records. These photos are kept confidential unless you provide separate written consent for marketing use.
Marketing consent is given through a separate written release form that specifies how, where, and for how long your photos may be used. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us, and we will remove your photos from future marketing materials within a reasonable timeframe.
